I have been a licensed mortgage broker since graduating from San Francisco State University in 2002. My experienced processing staff and I work together to make up "Team Borba." Our primary goal is to help our clients smoothly navigate through the complex mortgage process, whether it be buying a new home, refinancing a current home or investment property or obtaining a reverse mortgage to help clients enjoy their retirement years without the worry of monthly cash flow.
Team Borba works closely with our clients, Realtors and escrow and title companies to keep all parties informed from application through closing. This helps ensure a no surprise, on time closing.
