share her knowledge with you and wants you to succeed. She makes the class interesting with real life stories that are relevant." *

"Jamelia is extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect condo in less than 2 weeks. The condo had multiple offers, some higher than mine, but she did not give up. She crafted a personalized letter about me and my story, which ultimately led to the seller accepting my offer. Jamelia's years of expertise and dedication to pleasing her clients make her an ideal choice. She made my first home buying experience a pleasant and memorable one. I highly recommend her".**

"As my real estate broker, Jamelia walked me through the entire process of purchasing my first home and is now helping my family
consider a second purchase. She is highly knowledgeable about the market, always available to answer questions and provides
excellent personalized customer service from start to finish. I would highly recommend her services and expertise for anyone’s real
estate needs". **

"Jamelia is very knowledgeable about the market. She was able to provide listing recommendations that allowed me to sell quickly
with the right selling price. She was always accessible and went above and beyond! I highly recommend Jamelia."**

"Jamelia is a challenging professor who cares about her students and knows her profession inside and out. I learned more about real
estate in this one semester than I ever thought possible. She is funny, fair, consistent, and available. I would highly recommend taking
any of her classes and I cannot wait to take Escrows with her next semester!" *
